OnSite Style is an upscale city pop-up salon operating primarily within luxury residential buildings to provide high-end, professional hair styling and beauty services to building residents.
We all know first-hand that the pandemic irrevocably changed the world we live in. In today’s ‘new normal,’ we work primarily from home, we now prioritize and understand the importance of self care, and we’re yearning for any bit of routine or enjoyment that we can bring into our lives as we all navigate this new landscape.
Amidst the pandemic and lockdowns, like so many industries, the beauty industry faced a loss of 70%, and many residential buildings lost residents as they moved to the suburbs. Always looking for the silver lining, master stylist Avi Elkayam recognized opportunity and a way to bring people joy in the face of adversity. In 2020, Avi launched OnSite Style with the idea to flip the challenging dynamic that COVID presented by taking the luxury salon experience from Newbury Street directly to his customers.
Avi has worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years and is the energy and vision behind OnSite Style, a model where everyone wins. Our residential buildings get to offer a unique on-site salon amenity, their residents get luxury and convenience, and our professional stylists get to meet new clients.
